During a hard practice over the weekend Memphis Tiger, Ferrakhon Hall was injured.

Hall, reaching toward the rim, collided with senior center Stan Simpson, hitting the floor and landing on his hip. Due to Hall’s injury he will miss about four to five days of practice, however, the 6 foot 8 forward will not let a little floor contact prevent him from dominating this season. He is expected to return to practice in great condition and ready to go at it again with his teammates.
Along with Hall other players have gotten injured during this weeks practice, but war wounds are expected right? Especially when you’re looking for a championship!

Senior forward D.J. Stephens didn’t practice due to a hamstring. Joe Jackson, junior guard suffered knee tendinitis and junior forward Tarik Black was pulled from practice after hurting his knee. Also, sophomore forward Hippolyte finished practice early because of knee issues.
The Tigers are working non-stop to better their skills before the season starts. Minor cuts and bruising will not stop this well rounded squad. Practice will continue and everyone is scheduled to participate.
