Shawne Williams – On the Court

Former Memphis Tiger Shawne Williams has been getting some playing time for the New York Knicks and making the most of it.  Even the tough New York Media has shown support for Williams, who’s journey back to the NBA is quite remarkable, he’s part of resurrection for the Knicks but himself as well.

Tigers (wives) up Early in NY

Assistant Coach Jack Murphy’s wife, Michelle, and Director of Operations Eric Sebastian’s wife Natalie both got up early this morning to go down to the taping of the Today Show at NBC and show support for the Tigers!

New York, New York

The team arrived in NY last night and had a free night out to explore, a few players went to Times Square and the Empire State Building (videos to come).

Players had breakfast at the hotel this morning, followed by a film session, and then headed on a bus to New Jersey to practice at the New Jersey Nets Practice Facility.

Fan Experience Yearbook

Today, the University of Memphis Athletic Media Relations department released the 2010-11 Memphis Men’s Basketball Fan Experience Yearbook to inform and excite Tiger Nation about this year’s squad.

The virtual yearbook features videos, slideshows, flash elements and bios to give fans an interactive and visual experience.

Hard copies of the publication will be available to purchase through the Memphis Official Publications Store, which is being handled by PPI Sports, Inc. The Yearbook will be available for $20 plus shipping and handling. The printed publications have full color front and inside covers and black and white inside pages.

The guides will be available to purchase early next week.
