Inside the Players Lounge
The Larry O. Finch Center, aka “Finch” is the practice facility for the Men’s Basketball team, the team spends lots of time in the Finch not only on the court or in the weight room but for a place to relax as well. This summer as part of the re-model plan for the Finch, the Players Lounge area was updated. The “NBA Picture Showcase” highlights former Tiger Greats including, “Penny” Hardaway, Keith Lee, William Bedford, Andre Turner, Vincent Askew, Elliot Perry, David Vaughn, Lorenzen Wright, Cedric Henderson, Rodney Carney, Derrick Rose, Joey Dorsey, Chris Douglas-Roberts, Tyreke Evans among other Tiger Greats. The TV viewing area is comprised of a 60 inch television and 16 leather lounge chairs. New pictures and wall graphics are coming soon, as well as a complete renovation to the athletic training room.
