If Memphis hoops fans are waiting till Sunday to drive down to Tupelo, Miss., to purchase tickets for the Tigers-Tigers match-up, they may be too late. According to the BancorpSouth Arena ticket officials Saturday afternoon, fewer than 100 tickets remain for Sunday’s Conference USA-SEC encounter.
Memphis, ranked No. 19 in both national polls, meets LSU in a 4 p.m. (CT) game at BancorpSouth Arena. The game is part of the Global Sports Challenge.
BancorpSouth Arena ticket officials are encouraging fans to have tickets in hand or already ordered before they travel to Tupelo for the Sunday afternoon game.
To purchase the few remaining tickets, fans can call the BancorpSouth Arena ticket office at 662-841-6528.
The Memphis ticket allotment through the Tiger Athletic Ticket Office is sold out.
