No. 7 Oklahoma State (4-0) took a lead midway through the first half and never looked back as it handed the No. 11 Memphis Tigers (1-1) a 101-80 loss Tuesday night at Gallagher-Iba Arena. Memphis was led by freshman Nick King, who finished with a career -high 23 points and eight boards in just 15 minutes on the court. Shaq Goodwin added 13 points and seven boards.

Memphis returns to the friendly confines of the FedExForum on Saturday when the Tigers host Nicholls State at 5 p.m. (CT).
